Application for Retirement/Resignation Certificate

If you have worked for the University in the past, you can apply for a Certificate of Retirement by email or mail.
Please note that it usually takes about 1 week to 10 days to issue. If you are in a hurry, please contact us by email.
In addition, from the perspective of the Personal Information Protection Law, we ask that you present/submit an official document such as a driver's license that can verify your identity.


Application by e-mail or mail

How to Apply

If there is a designated form

Please send the "Application for Retirement/ Resignation Certificate", the designated form, and identification documents (e.g., a copy of passport, a copy of residence card, etc.) to the Division of Human Resources Development, Department of General Affairs.


If there is no designated form

It will be issued in the form of the University.
Please send the "Application for Retirement/ Resignation Certificate" and identification documents (e.g., a copy of passport, a copy of residence card, etc.) to the Division of Human Resources Development, Department of General Affairs.

Receiving by mail:

Please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

Receipt at the University:

Please pick up the issued certificate at the Division of Human Resources Development, Department of General Affairs.

Please let us know if you would like to receive it at the organization to which you belonged.
