On September 30, the entrance ceremony for the fall semester AY 2025 was held in the University Hall Auditorium.

This year, we welcomed a total of 261 new students (64 undergraduate and 197 graduate students).

The ceremony was attended by President NAGATA, along with the Vice Presidents, the President?s Office Chief of Staff, and the Deans of the Schools that the new students belong to. President NAGATA delivered an address.

After the ceremony, the new students were welcomed with a choral performance of the university song, "Hitachino-no," by the mixed choir, and a musical performance by the Neopolis BIGBAND jazz ensemble.

The ceremony is being streamed on YouTube until October 31.(There is no video of the welcome event after the ceremony)
