Graduation Ceremony / Degree Conferring Ceremony for Academic Year 2018

The graduation ceremony and degree conferring ceremony for the undergraduate school, graduate school, and the Acupuncture and Physical Therapy Teacher Training School for the academic year 2018 were held at the University of Tsukuba Hall on March 25. Graduating students included 2,208 undergraduate students, 2,268 graduate students, and 18 Acupuncture and Physical Therapy Teacher Training School students.

President Kyosuke Nagata gave an address at the ceremony, followed by a student representative gratitude speech. At the end of the ceremony, the song "Imagine the Future" was performed for the graduates by the University of Tsukuba Orchestra and the following singers: professional singer Mr. Paul Ballard, students of the University of Tsukuba Mr. Yuki Sato, Ms. Marina Yasuda, and Ms. Chise Togawa.
