Notice: Closure of University Offices from August 13 to 17

All offices at the University of Tsukuba, except for offices at the University of Tsukuba Hospital, will close from Monday, August 13 to Friday, 17 to provide a summer holiday for university staff and to save electricity on campus.

Offices issuing certificates will also close during this period. If you need to acquire a certificate, please inquire at the related office before the closure period. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Closure Period
From Monday, August 13, to Friday, August 17
All offices at the University of Tsukuba will close during this period. Offices at the university of Tsukuba Hospital will be open as usual. Offices for the Graduate School of the University of Tsukuba that offer evening courses, and the office for educational counseling at the University of Tsukuba Education Bureau of Laboratory Schools, both are usually open on Saturdays, will close on Saturday, August 18.
The University of Tsukuba Gallery and Art Space will close from Saturday, August 12, to Sunday, August 19.

* Please take precautions to prevent heat stroke, as air conditioners will be switched off at the university during this summer holiday period.
