[Important] Changes in the Undergraduate and Graduate School Commencement Ceremony (March 23rd, 2020)
We regret to inform you that the university has decided to hold the Undergraduate and Graduate School Commencement Ceremony (scheduled on Wednesday, March 25th) with only attendance of representatives of each school and college considering the circumstance of further spreading of the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) here in Japan and overseas.
Please kindly understand that no one other than the representatives can participate in the ceremonies on the day. (As announced on February 28th, families of the students cannot participate in the ceremonies either.)

- The ceremonies will be recorded on the day and uploaded on the university official YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/user/univpr2014) later.
- For how to receive your diploma and certificate, please contact directly to your academic service office.
- Any signboards will not be placed, so there is no photo spot around the venue.
