Access to Campus for Non-University Visitors
When entering the university campus, please observe the following rules.
Prohibited Activities
- Entering buildings, classrooms, or other facilities without an official purpose.
- Hosting events with spectators.
- Photography or filming intended for public dissemination (see Note 1).
- Distributing flyers, organizing gatherings or speeches, and solicitation.
- Activities deemed likely to obstruct pedestrian or vehicular movement on campus (see Note 2).
- Entering restricted areas.
- Use of open flames (e.g., bonfires, BBQs).
- Smoking, including the use of heated tobacco products.
- Illegal dumping of waste.
- Damaging or defacing university facilities or equipment.
- Any actions prohibited or restricted by laws, regulations, or university policies.
- Any other actions that disturb the university's peaceful environment or hinder educational and research activities.
Important Notes
- Please follow the instructions of university faculty, staff, and security personnel at all times.
- The university accepts no responsibility for any incidents or accidents that may occur on or around the campus.
Additional Information
- Security cameras are installed on campus to maintain safety and security.
Note 1: Photography or streaming conducted solely for personal, non-commercial purposes intended for private sharing is generally permitted. However, under no circumstances are actions allowed that infringe on the portrait rights, privacy, or any other rights of third parties. (For example, commemorative photography by parents, prospective students, or other event participants are permitted. Please take care to avoid capturing other individuals in the background.)
Note 2: Examples include parking or leaving bicycles in unauthorized areas, which are strictly prohibited.
