[Notes when changing the mode of operations]
- Basic infection control measures against COVID-19 infection are important, and we ask that you continue to avoid the "three Cs" and encourage "keeping distance between people," "hand washing and other hand hygiene," "ventilation," etc.
- If your test results are positive, or if you have symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, headache, or fatigue, please refrain from entering the campus to prevent the spread of infection to those around you.
- In the event of a rapid spread of infection in the future, we will change the mode of operations and strengthen infection control measures as necessary.
- In the University of Tsukuba Hospital and School of Medicine and Health Sciences, the course of action separately determined by the hospital shall be followed.
- Notes 1 and 2 apply to all persons entering the University.
