University of Tsukuba Home Game “TSUKUBA LIVE!”—NEXT50— Held – The 151st+50th anniversary of the University of Tsukuba –

“TSUKUBA LIVE!” is a home game event organized by the University of Tsukuba with the vision of “expanding the potential of university sports and creating exchange, excitement, and culture through sports.” This year’s home game theme is “NEXT50 – Tsukuba will still be your home, even in another 50 years.”

At the “TSUKUBA LIVE!”, the 97th Kanto University Football League Match 2023 of the University of Tsukuba Football Club was held, “World Famous MITOMA Kaoru” was a member of the club before entering the world stage.

The Memorial Match was also held to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the university. the Tsukuba All-Stars in FUTURE BLUE, the school color of the university, and the Tsukuba Legends in white uniforms played against each other. President NAGATA Kyosuke, the soccer lover, was assigned to join the Tsukuba All-Stars team. The match lasted 30 minutes with 15-minute halves. President NAGATA scored a goal with a penalty kick at the end of the second half.
